A fantastic achievement by Dr Eleanor Budge and Barbara O’Donnell supported by WingFactors Pilot Captain Dave Fielding, who worked tirelessly on a quality improvement project designed to streamline theatre checklists and dramatically improve compliance.
Inter-professional Human Factors and ergonomic design were at the forefront of three new checklists rolled out at the Whittington. Well done to all those who took part!
